If you need to return or exchange your purchase, we’re happy to help.
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items returned must be unused, still in their original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.

If your order is wrong or an item is missing or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of sending your item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for missing items.
For larger items, we may be able to arrange collection of your return by our supplier, but this may incur a charge. We will advise of any collection costs when you contact us about your return.
If you are returning goods because they are damaged or defective, or due to an error on our part, we will refund any costs in returning the goods to us. If you wish to return goods for any other reason, you may do so at your expense.
Delivery costs are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
A handling / re-stocking fee may be charged on returns for unwanted goods. We will advise of any charges when you contact us about your return.
Refunds are processed once your return has been received by us or our supplier and the goods have been inspected. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. The number of days it will take for you to receive your refund depends on the policies of your card issuer.
